MEET HOMB Schedule a preliminary consultation in person, via conference call or through our online meeting space.	CONTRACT Time to write up the necessary contracts for you new HOMB.	CONSTRUCT & MODULATE Site construction and factory modulation occur simultaneously at this stage.
FEASIBILITY STUDY Retain HOMB architects to perform a thorough analysis of your project, including costs and proposals for design and engineering.	PERMITTING Secure your local and factory permits.	DELIVERY Your HOMB modules are delivered and installed on your completed foundation.
INITIAL LAYOUT HOMB architects will create a schematic plan on your identified project site.	DESIGN & ENGINEERING Once all feasibility and pricing have been determined the next step is to complete design work on your HOMB.	MOVE-IN Allow 1 month for finishing while you plan your first dinner party.
