HOMB MICRORETAIL utilizes the modular HOMB components to create a configuration that not only accommodates the spatial and physical requirements of small retail businesses, but attracts consumers as well. MICRORETAIL allows for flexible development in a closed-loop system. It allows sites that are otherwise not ready for infill to be utilized, generates foot traffic to drive development, and can be moved to other sites when the original site is cleared for infill.
